I led the redesign of an application suite for UPS's internal company, Ware2Go. Over the course of four years, I managed a team of three UXers, and we built five web applications and three mobile apps. These apps feature real-time inventory control, smooth order fulfillment, efficient returns management, and data-driven warehouse performance.

For Qutee's social media platform, I designed web and iOS apps that help content creators spark discussions and connect with their audiences. I also designed a kiosk app for Hawaiian Airlines that simplifies flight check-ins by allowing passengers to print bag tags and boarding passes.
